To be honest, I had no intention of watching Denise Richards’ reality TV show. Shows about celebrities going about their lives on camera don’t interest me. Shows where a mom deliberately pimps out her kids on camera, especially without the consent of the kids’ dad especially don’t interest me. Charlie Sheen is hoping it won’t interest anyone and has called for a boycott of the show.
So that reality show Denise Richards wanted so bad? She signed on the dotted line and it’s a done deal. Guess she’s not finding it so easy to get work these days.
You might recall, ex-husband Charlie Sheen didn’t want his kids pimped out on reality television and Denise took him to court, and won. The show, to appear on the E! channel, is to show her as a single mother and getting her life back after her high profile divorce (in which she was the one making most of the news, mind you.)
As reported earlier, Denise Richards took ex-husband Charlie Sheen to court today in order to have permission granted for her daughters to appear with her in a reality television show. Charlie didn’t want his young daughters pimped out in that manner. The judge sided with Denise and the little girls will be part of the program. Per TMZ Denise is "very happy."
Well why shouldn’t she be? She needs work. She can’t act. She has a reputation for being a homewrecker. What else can she do besides reality television? How is she going to support herself on the thousands of dollars of child support she gets every month. They probably didn’t want her without her kids. I don’t know what the judge was thinking. With all the messed up former Hollywood actors making the news these days, you’d think someone would make a correlation.
Denise Richards wants her and her daughters to star in a reality television show so badly, she’s taking husband Charlie Sheen to court. Charlie is vehemently opposed to his daughters becoming unwitting TV stars.
Charlie Sheen is a little pissed off. He’s claiming that his ex, Denise Richards, deliberately ruined his weekend with his girls by sending her assistant to help look after th girls when he and his fiance, Brooke Mueller, took his daughters to a beach party.
Sheen told People magazine:
“Mine and Brooke’s weekend with the girls has been sullied by one of Denise’s spies.”That is the thing I have to put a stop to. I can’t spend quality time - times I’m never going to get again - quite frankly being observed by a perfect stranger.”
Currently, Sheen is only allowed to see the kids if a nanny is in attendance. He’s hoping to put an end to the arrangement with an upcoming custody hearing. “I want an unpolluted relationship with my children. It’s a very loving, safe, comforting, supportive, nurturing environment for these children. Brooke and I are incredibly stable.
“We go to malls, to movie, to parks - we just try to keep it interesting. We have stuff at the house that they are really excited about that isn’t double what they have at Denise’s so when they come to my place, it’s special.”
