At the Bahamian inquest into Daniel Smith’s death, G.Ben Thompson, a friend of Anna Nicole Smith, said good old Howard K. was taking pictures of Daniel Smith’s dead body. When asked why he said they "may be worth something one day." WTF???

Howard K. Stern says he ran out of money now that his meal ticket has passed away and is now broke. What’s the matter Howard? Don’t you have any other pictures to peddle? Any home movies to sell? Surely you can pimp out Anna Nicole Smith one last time.

In fact, since the passing of his partner (and only client) in February, the attorney says he is having trouble making ends meet. “I am in debt and basically broke,” Stern, 38, tells Us. “There’s this impression out there that I am somehow making money off of Anna’s death. It couldn’t be further from the truth.”

Stern has filed a $60 million libel suit against author Rita Cosby for alleging in a book that he engaged in homosexual acts with the father of Anna’s baby Dannielynne, Larry Birkhead. But due to “juggling” more than a dozen other lawsuits, Stern says he owes his parents “hundreds of thousands of dollars.

Get a job, Howard.
