Lindsay Lohan is as lucky as Pete Doherty. Instead of being slapped with a felony and having her ass tossed in jail, she’s been charged with seven misdemeanors. The charges are as followed:
- 2 counts each of driving under the influence
- Driving with a blood alcohol level of .08 percent and being under the influence of cocaine
- One count of reckless driving.
Is it any wonder the Lindsay Lohans or Pete Doherty or Amy Frickin’ Winehouses of the world aren’t being rehabilitated? Because really, why should they? They’re being sent out on the street to purchase more dope or go rafting to rehab for the 47th time when it doesn’t seem to be doing a damn bit of good. You know when these people are going to stop using? Or stop using an driving? When their sorry asses are thrown in the joint for a very long time.
